About FlyDog Digital
FlyDog Digital is a strategic marketing agency specializing in multi-location wellness and hospitality brands. We build full-funnel marketing programs — from branding and SEO to paid ads and social media — that drive measurable growth for founder-led companies.
We've been doing this for five years, and our clients stay with us because we produce results they can point to. Our team is small, senior, and deeply collaborative. Everyone owns their work, everyone contributes to strategy, and everyone is expected to bring their best thinking to the table.
We're not a place for people who want to be told what to do. We're a place for people who want to own something.
Why Work With Us?
You’ll be part of a thoughtful, high-performing crew that roots for each other’s success.
Your ideas won’t just be heard—they’ll be implemented.
Weekly team calls mix wins, check-ins, and reflections (yes, book club is mandatory and awesome).
We believe in boundaries, PTO, and people having full lives.
You’ll be given real ownership and real support—no babysitting, no silos, just shared accountability.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can take a brand's strategy and translate it into content that actually works — not just content that looks good. This is a hands-on role. You'll concept, write, design, and edit content yourself across multiple client accounts, working closely with our Account Strategist and Ads Manager to ensure social is driving real business results.
The clients you'll work with are in wellness, hospitality, and construction. They're founder-led, growth-stage businesses that need social media to do more than build awareness — they need it to move people through a funnel and generate measurable ROI.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Strategy & Execution
Translate quarterly campaign strategies into platform-specific content that supports awareness, consideration, and conversion
Develop original content concepts that reflect what makes each brand genuinely different — not just what's trending
Build and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts simultaneously
Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Creative Development
Write captions and copy that are clear, compelling, and precisely on-brand for each client
Design graphics in Canva and edit short-form video in CapCut or natively in-app
Capture or direct photo and video content that feels native and platform-appropriate
Know when a trend is worth using, when to put a brand-specific spin on it, and when to ignore it entirely
Account Management & Engagement
Manage day-to-day activity across multiple accounts including community engagement, DMs, and comment responses
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and content trends
Performance & Optimization
Track and analyze performance metrics across accounts — not just vanity metrics, but the numbers that connect to client goals
Proactively identify what's working, what isn't, and bring a plan to address it before being asked
Collaborate with the Ads Manager on how organic content can support paid strategy
Present insights and recommendations clearly to the Account Strategist and clients
What You’ll Need
Required
3–5 years of professional post-graduation experience managing social media accounts — agency experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to connect social media content to business outcomes: lead generation, in-store traffic, website conversions, or sales
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across multiple brands simultaneously
Hands-on proficiency with Canva, CapCut (or similar), and social scheduling/analytics platforms
Experience managing four or more client accounts simultaneously
Analytical mindset — you're comfortable in the data and you use it to make decisions
Based in Indiana with ability to travel to Indianapolis for occasional content shoots
Bonus Points
Experience capturing and editing short-form video content
Experience working with founder-led brands in wellness or hospitality
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
Compensation & Perks
Salary: $50,000–$65,000/year (depending on experience)
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Time Off: 2 weeks PTO, 10 holidays, 3 floating holidays, and your birthday off
Professional Development: A yearly professional development stipend
Remote Work: Flexible hours with results-first accountability
Culture: Transparent, collaborative, and growth-oriented
